Or both? Can you be saved by Jesus the savior but not have any sign of His being Lord? If you continue to sin does that mean you are not really saved? Input anyone?

I believe that once you are saved, you are immediately redeemed and sanctified. That while it is true, that we still will sin and come short, that God is faithful and just to forgive us. I refer you to Roman Chapters 6-8. Paul's words say it so much better than I ever could hope to.
